Dill (Anethum graveolens)

Helps normalize glucose and insulin levels by supporting the pancreatic functions, relieve bronchial catarrh, colic, constipation, dyspepsia, flatulence, headaches; use to stimulate the digestion and the liver; promotes milk flow in nursing mothers; seems to have a particular affinity for the lungs, bloodstream and digestive system.
