Sage (Salvia officinalis)
The Lakota Indians recognize sage as the master healer. Sage balances the pelvic chakra and helps with symptoms of mental fatigue. It is an antiseptic and anti-bacterial oil. Most valuable uses: arthritis, asthma, bacteria, bronchitis, dandruff, gingivitis, glandular disorders, hair loss, lymphatics, menopause, menstrual irregularity, metabolism, night sweats, skin conditions (acne, etc.), sprains, tissue (firms), and strengthening the vital centers of the body.

Therapeutic Properties:  Anti-bacterial, anti-cancerous, antiseptic, anti-spasmodic, diuretic, has estrogen-like properties; improves estrogen- progesterone- testosterone balance, believed to contain elements that contribute to the secretion of progesterone-testosterone, activates and strengthens the nervous system and adrenal cortex.

Application:
 Apply to appropriate areas on the feet, directly on areas of concern.

Aromatic:  Used to release emotions linked to the past; calming and soothing to the mind; dispel anger and antagonism; stabilize the emotion.

Contraindications:
 Oral toxin-keep away from children, avoid during pregnancy and if epileptic, avoid if dealing with high blood pressure.
